Xaluca Dades Hotel is a fully restored former National Parador perched high above the Valley of the Birds, surrounded by the towering peaks of the High Atlas and the dramatic Dades Gorges. At an altitude of 1 612 metres, the hotel reveals a singular landscape of welcoming Berber villages and rugged summits. Its 106 warm, inviting rooms are beautifully decorated with materials sourced from across the African continent.

A word from your host
I grew up in one of the villages you will see from your terrace — the kind of place where the wind carries goat bells in the morning and the smell of fresh khobz in the evening. We have transformed this old parador with care, but we kept the soul: the stone, the textile, the silence of 1 612 metres of altitude. When you arrive, ask for me. I would like to walk you to the corner of the terrace where the M'Goun summit catches the first light. Some moments belong only to those who travel slowly.
