Kasbah Hotel Tombouctou has become the most prestigious establishment in the Erg Chebbi desert. Its majestic structure and privileged location make it a compulsory stop for any traveller in the south of Morocco. 77 rooms designed with natural local materials, warm desert tones, and walls coated with traditional 'tadalaket' — a lime-based polished plaster that gives surfaces a silky, lightly luminous finish. A blend of tradition and modernity.
An iconic gateway flanked by dromedary-shaped doors, courtyards open to the sky, two outdoor pools and a jaima with panoramic dune views. Tadalaket walls hand-laid in successive layers and polished with stones — resistant to water, elegant in shape, regulating humidity inside the rooms.

When I opened this kasbah, it was a small auberge with seven rooms — today it has seventy-seven, but our promise has not changed by a single grain of sand. We grew here, my brothers and I, on these dunes; we know which star to point at when night falls, which Berber song to play around the fire, which lantern to light before the camels come home. You will not be a guest at Tombouctou — you will be one of us. Come early, stay late, and let the silence of the desert do what it does best: remind you of what truly matters.
